I have a 20+ yr old unmaintained AC and decided it was time to have someone check it out. I research BBB rating, online complains, manufacturer service dealer for my AC proximity, etc. and Wentzel was one on my short list. I called another company first who I felt would be better but after leaving 2 voice mails and sending an email (from the dealership page no less) and still no response after a week I called Wentzel. The service was exactly what I was after. I found the technician to be very experienced and easy to talk to. I had many questions about the condition of the various components, etc. so I could prepared for a future repair or replacement. The technician was honest, straight-forward, friendly, told me what he would do - all with no pressure to do anything. Going forward, I consider the company my go to for AC issues. The service maintenance costs is about the same as others if you get the contract or a little more without but I can say if you want a top self, honest, no pressure AC company this is certainly one.

Thank you for the 5 star service! I would like to recommend Wentzel’s for the service and professionalism that they provided to me and my property/tenant on a recent service visit. Andy was very professional and helpful! He not only did the job that he was hired to do but he also did a inspection for a few other items we had challenges with. He was kind enough to call me and answer all my questions and give me a quote for additional work to be done. Wentzel’s provided a fair price and I hired then to do the additional work. I also spoke to the office team (Lisa & Cindy) on several occasions and they were all very helpful and top notch. I’m not surprised that Wentzel’s has been in business for so long. Wentzel’s does a great job and I’m happy to give them 5 stars across the board for work, professionalism, communication, price & company. You will bee happy to work with this company.

We cannot say enough about the care, expertise, honesty and good relations that Wentzels provides. We are new customers who had a problem with a prior service company and they sent their on- call man to help us, and they remedied the problem in a few days. We have used several companies in the sarasota area over the past decade, but no company has impressed us like wentzels. The line of services they offer is impressive and their installers and service and sales heads are wonderful,, knowledgeable and courteous. What a Great Installation Experince we had today! Toatal removal of our Old Air Handler and Compressor.. replaced with all new equiptment !! This was a tough job to do, (very limited access at air handler area) Thanking God for "Steve" and his helper and for his expertise in dealing with a not so easy job. They did not do what I paid them $650 to do what they said they would do. The leaking ducts over the air vents in the attic have exposed me to the unhealthy air . I have tangible proof of the unhealthy of air quality. Now they can fix the problem for an additional $4,300. John, the A/c unit service tech is very efficient, pleasant and professional however

Expectations exceeded! They said it would be "later in the afternoon" so I thought 4pm, but they showed up only about an hour after I called! The tech Shane was extremely nice and pleasant - unlike a lot of repair men that get sent out and have 0 people skills. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Used Wentzels for a complete new unit, then did service contract. Pleased with all aspects of this company. They call for regular service and when I recently bought a new home they were right there with some repairs and new service set up at new home too! I highly recommend this company.

I decided against doing business with this company because my research found that the owner simply rents a license, and has only done that for the last 2 years! According to public records up until 2010 he had no license at all – but they claim to have been in business for over 50 years?

AC went out Saturday afternoon as we were getting ready to go out that evening. Emergency call brought a prompt and courteous response. Replaced electric motor at a very reasonable price (especially considering it was a weekend evening) and we made our show!!! Absolutely the best!!!
