I called Critter Control a week ago when I detected a horrible smell which I surmised was the result of a dead animal that got trapped in a wall. Rhyan came out immediately and was very responsive and courteous. I was on a conference call when he arrived and I was able to point where the issue was and he took over from there. He sealed the A/C Chase and was eventually able to locate the cause of the smell. He removed the dead animal (s) and provided outdoor neutralizing crystals. He even called the following day to make sure everything was ok. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Rhyan and Critter Control!

We live on Davis Islands, and we have critters. I called critter control, and they promptly came out, covered all areas under, over, and around the home where critters might get into attic or crawl spaces, and they set bait stations. Unfortunately when staking down one of the bait stations, they hit a sprinkler line. When the sprinkler came on a day or two later, it was obvious what had happened. I called critter control, and they sent out a tech that morning who then fixed the issue immediately. These guys are great!

After 20 years, squirrels found a way into the roof. Not that it is that difficult but it took 20 years. Called Critter Control and within one week action was taken to remove the vermin. So far, I am well pleased. Will keep a watch on the situation over the long term.
