We had a great experience with Mr. Electric. Jason G. came out the same day I called in with a problem and proceeded with an amazing troubleshooting session. He was extremely professional and made sure to keep me in the loop with everything that was happening. He thoroughly explained the answers to all of my questions, not to mention went above and beyond taking care with our home. I loved the Mr. Electric rug and also the shoe covers. It kept everything neat and tidy and gave me the sense that this company very much cares about their clients. The pricing was fair and the work was excellent. We have some great projects coming up in the future and we definitely plan to use Jason for these and also refer him to friends, family and within our new remodeling business. Thanks again for the great work and the thank you card was also very thoughtful! Top notch business practices overall.;-)

I know that when I call Mr. Electric, they will be prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced every single time. One of the strategies I really like is that they send the same electrician each time and Adam has almost become a family member at this point. I also appreciate their Advantage Plan that gives me discounts on their services as well as the services of other businesses included in the Plan. My savings have far exceeded the annual cost of the plan and I have a real sense of security and confidence that I will be well served every time I call. Adam Hall at Mr. Electric is an expert electrician, professional and thorough. I recently purchased a home containing old knob & tube wiring. It needed to be updated to current code before it could be insured. Adam estimated the job precisely and even sold me the Advantage Plan which immediately paid for itself and saved me money. Adam updated the entire house and also added an additional outlet in each bedroom that was desperately needed. He explained to me that my smoke detectors would be more affective if he relocated them which he did at no cost. Adam was fair and professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use Mr. Electric (and request Adam) in the future for all my electrical needs.

We were having a minor electrical issue in our house and I spoke to the Mr. Electric folks and asked them to give my wife a call to set up a time for them to come over. Much to my surprise, my wife called me less than an hour later to let me know that David was already at our house. David was very knowledgeable and professional, and at the end of his visit my wife was much more comfortable with our house - she felt much more safe. So if you ever need something done and it involves electricity, call Mr. Electric. You will not be disappointed.

Adam Hall came out to take a look at some issues we were having with light fixtures and outlets. He did a very thorough inspection and was very explanatory and professional as he diagnosed the problem. Once diagnosed, he supplied a quote and explained what the issues were in an easily understandable manner. We authorized the service and Adam fixed everything in a very reasonable amount of time. I was extremely impressed with the service Adam provided and would recommend him to anyone having any type of electrical issue in the home!!!

Adam Hall came out and did a very thorough size-up of the job of installing a 240 volt charger for my Chevy Volt. He took pictures, answered all of my questions, and told me exactly what would be involved. When time came to do the job, Adam was professional, thorough, clean and courteous. He did the job quickly and neatly, and I got a great looking and efficient charger for my car. This unit cut my average charge time from 10 - 12 hours, down to 3 - 4 hours. Well, yesterday was a first!! I received a personalized handwritten note from the Mr. Electric Service Tech that came to my house recently to install an outlet. I’ve had many companies do work at my home and am used to getting follow up calls from someone in the office asking how my service was but I’ve never received a personal note from the tech who actually did the work before. Having a trustworthy and professional electrician is a gift, especially when the issue happens on the hottest day of the year and happens to be on Friday afternoon before a holiday. Luckily my husband called the right people and Charlie gave us an honest diagnosis of the problem and got things back up and running in a super timely fashion, for a thoroughly fair price. Had an Electrical Issue at 7:00 at night.... thought I would call and make an appointment for a later time. However, they told me they would come out the same night. I recommend this electric company, jerry was the electrician he came out at 9:30 at night in the freezing cold didnt have all the supplies on him so he went to home depot and got the items he needed and came back and fixed the problem.
