Replaced A/C & Coil and it has never worked properly since install. Six warranty visits in first year. They extended the warranty additional year and continued to have to come out and service. Now that it is expired the coil is leaking and has to be replaced less than 5 years after install. Every service call had someone telling me something different. Biggest waste of almost $3K. Not recommended!!! (Edited per the Comfort Control comment below.) They came out to look at system and they did NOT OFFER A FREE REPLACEMENT!!!! They called me and offered to replace the coil if it was under warranty, but still charge me for labor AGAIN! Since it is NOT under warranty they quoted me ANOTHER $1,050 to replace the coil they originally installed. The system has NEVER worked a full summer season without breaking down. I brought in a new company to give me a quote and they stated, "The installation was so poor, that they would be embarrassed to put their company name on it." Being nice to your customers does not fix the problem. Fixing the poor products and installation does. Again, NOT RECOMMENDED!

Comfort Control ALWAYS comes thru for us! Today, thinking we had spotted a possible leak in the ceiling from the upstairs HVAC unit, I called Comfort Control & Anna immediately assurd me that yes, there would be someone available to come out there today! She even let me text pictures to her of the spot. She called back w/in a couple of minutes saying that Josh would be there between 4-6. Previously suffering thru a whole house flood 3 years ago, i began to get nervous that if this was some type of leak, it might not hold til 4:00... I called Anna right back & expresses my concerns. she was so understanding & talked to Josh. Josh himself came on the line & immediately knew who I was - he could name some interests of mine. He told me that he would change the time from 4 to 1:00. I sure did fell much better! Turns out it was not a leak from the HVAC at all! Josh was so great in his help & explaining everything to me! Thank you Comfort Control, Anna & Josh for your quick work & caring manner! You guys made my day!!!!

Terrible customer service experience! My neighbor scheduled for them to come out to his house, and knowing that I was having issues with my AC unit, said they would be willing to stop by my house (right next door) to look at my unit. I was under the impression this would be a consultation visit and would be free since they were going to be right next door anyways. Long story short, technician shows up, spends 5 minutes "running tests", tells me exactly what I knew the problem was to begin with, and charged me $90. I tried my best to explain the situation to customer service, and they could not care less. With just about every major HVAC company offering free estimates, I find Comfort Control Heating & Air to be extremely unprofessional and will never earn my business, or anyone else I know for that matter.

Quality and professionalism is top of the line with Comfort Control. I am a repeat customer, and I always ask for Vu Tran -- he is so busy, it is hard to get on his schedule, but his expertise is worth waiting for. Thankfully, when I had an A/C emergency over the weekend, Vu happened to be the tech on call, and he had my system diagnosed and running smoothly in 1.5 hrs. He made sure I understood all the issues with my A/C unit and double checked my filter and inside unit located in the crawl space. He really saved the day, and my tenant who is a single mother with a baby is 100% thrilled with the result. For 100% peace of mind, you can count of Vu Tran at Comfort Control to accurately diagnose and resolve the issue at a reasonable price. Thank you, Vu, for the best customer service!

Phillip came over in the evening to help us with the AC problem. We needed help fast due to the terrible heat out and our house was hot. Our AC was using the heat setting instead of the cool setting. Phillip replaced our thermostat and took the time to explain how to operate the thermostat. Comfort Control is a reliable business and you can get help the same day you call. I was freaking out because my house was super hot and needed the AC working right away. Anyway, I am buying a new AC unit this Tuesday thru Comfort Control because I trust this business and their service. There is a 10 year warranty on the AC units so this would give me a peace of mind. I highly recommend Comfort Control!!! Two thumbs up!

TA and Josh were both phenomenal and knowledgeable. My issue was mainly attributed to the load management switch by the power company. I had a condensate pump issue on one of them, and the refrigerant re-fill, on the other unit. However, the unit which had the refrigerant re-filled, was still not cooling up normally. TA had suggested that there might be a malfunction in the switch, which might be leading to the lack of cooling in the upstairs unit. Low and behold, we had the switch removed, and last night, we were back to normal. Josh was the second tech to come out and verify everything. They were very patient with me. I highly recommend these guys for the great service. Thank you.

Everything was great from the initial contact even in a bad situation (A/C not working). It all started with Mary, then Lisa, both at the office, to Phillip, the service technician , to John, whom came out to take a load of the house to make sure I was getting the right size unit to replace my current one, to the Installer Ta Kim, whom was at my house the following morning at 7am. These people care about what they do, call and email you to let you know they are on their way, and work with your schedule to make everything happen. They answer all your questions and Ta was a true professional with the installation. He left the area cleaner than he found it. Great job guys! Keep it up!

Comfort controls had installed a new unit for me in 2016 and the experience was great. The team the installed the unit was very good, communicated with us throughout the installation and answered all of our questions. With that experience we added our other units to the maintenance plan. We had our first visit recently and we are extremely satisfied. There was an issue that came up and they stood behind their services 100%, even at a cost to them to ensure that our experience was a good one. Comfort Controls is not looking for the extra dollar today, they are looking for a long term relationship with their clients and I would definitely recommend their entire team.

I had to replace my upstairs A/C unit. The Comfort Control price was about average (of five estimates I got), but their warranty was much better. I had them rework the ductwork in the attic and install two new returns - work that I knew it needed before they mentioned it. The service guy Josh was as polite as can be, did good work and cleaned up afterward. They have been around for about 20 years so their warranty (for labor) means something to me. They carry Amana units, and my compressor came with a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. They showed up when they said they would, and called to say they were on the way.

I recently had Comfort Control install two new HVAC systems at my hotel. The entire staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. Being an older hotel we had quite a few challenges installing a new system on both floors of the property. The install crew bent over backwards to work with us in order to cause the least amount of disruption to our in-house guests. They were very clean and made sure I was happy with each step of the process. I would absolutely recommend them and they will be my "go-to" company for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Ta Kim call me 15 minutes before he arrived and he was on time. He came to repair an old furnace. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient when I was asking to him many questions about the way that the systems work and he provided to me the best tips, recommendations and he talked about the options that I have for the near future. Tech, Reece, arrived within the 2 hour window that was indicated he would arrive. He called before he came to make sure I was home. The visit was the regular Spring service. He was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do. Then explained that I did have a problem with my compressor unit and gave me several options to fix it from the Premier Fix to just the parts. I picked the middle solution--was more of a preventive fix but did have some burned wires which I had no idea so hopefully will function well for the next few seasons.

Mr. Ta K was send to our home. First impression of the company: -Very polite over the phone. -Very informative about the appointment and the technician, they send me an email and text message with the picture and info related to the technician. First impression: -Very polite -Used shoe covers -He listen to your explanation of the issue, then he goes and check the system. He explain to me the "Why" of the issues that I was having as well as possible solutions. This is my first time with this company, and we keep using.

Great company to do business with. Very knowledgeable and explain all your options. No pushy sales mentality. My coil had been leaking for a few years and since R-22 is getting more expensive with the phase out I went ahead and replaced my upstairs unit. Comfort was quick, efficient and clean with the install. They brought everything up to code. They even asked for the vacuum to clean up the carpet where they had been going in and out of the attic.

Comfort Control was amazing. I had another hvac company come out and look the issues with my hvac system. They presented a repair strategy and quote. What they were proposing sounded absolutely insane. I called Comfort Control and they came out the same day. They had a much better understanding of our problem and the correct solution. In all they probably saved us over $1100 vs using the other company. Our tech Phil was awesome!
