I had the pleasure of working with Ted this summer, after discovering my attic required a rodent exclusion and partial restoration. Ted, along with his full-time team, exemplified the highest service standards that I have ever encountered in a contractor. At all times they were professional, respectful, punctual, detail oriented, and honest. From the moment I received my estimate to the final day of restoration, Ecologix was committed to earning – and keeping - my business and my trust. For me, Ted set himself apart (and made my experience virtually stress-free) by adhering to a few simple but vital tenets: proactive communication, results-driven workmanship, and disciplined self-reliance. Appointment reminders always preceded a visit, and appointments that had to be moved were rescheduled well in advance. When services were performed, they were performed with care and expertise. Ecologix is the epitome of a quality over quantity company, and Ted holds his work to standards that, in my experience, rarely stray from perfection. If you often cannot be home to supervise your contractors, Ted and his team are exactly the kind of people you want working on your home. No courtesy was spared, and I never felt out of the loop or unbriefed on the progress of my restoration. I would absolutely recommend Ecologix for any pest control and related restoration services, large or small. I am not easily pleased or impressed, but Ted and his team truly went above and beyond for me, as I know they do for all their clients. They have earned my highest recommendation.

Called Ted to set up Pest Control after hearing wonderful things about his company. He took the time on the phone to answer all of my questions and quote me. He scheduled me for an appointment the following week. On the morning of, Joe called to tell me he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He was very professional and polite. It was a rainy day and he took the time to put on booties to protect my floors. He came in and took the time to listen to where we were experiencing problems (we were battling ants). He inspected my whole house from top to bottom, including the attics. He located additional areas of activity and treated them accordingly. ( he also found that my air handler was leaking into my attic. Thanks to him we were able to remedy that before it became a real problem) They stuck to their original quote and treated all areas of concern. Joe took the time to explain to me what he was using, why, and how long I should expect to see results. He told me they would be back out in two weeks to ensure they were successful and if I experienced any other issues in the meantime they would take care of it. Prior to Ecologix, we were using a large chain for our Pest Control. The level of customer service and knowledge we gained from Ecologix is incomparable. Not only will they be our regular company for our home, but we recommend them to any of our own customers, friends and family in need. Thanks again Ted and Joe, you exceed your reputation!

We highly recommend Ecologix services for any pest problems. The owner, Ted Del Sardo, has a very well educated background. He took more time and inspected our home more thoroughly than any other company that we have hired. He also returned our calls promptly. He did and continues to do a great job. We now have Ecologix Pest Elimination servicing our home regularly for pest and termite control. We also got TAP Pest Control Insulation in the attic. I always noticed that our bedroom was the hottest room in the house, and Ted found out why. Whoever the builder used to install the insulation hardly put any at the far reaches of the attic, where the bedrooms are. If you just looked in the attic it looked fine, but Ted went all the way through the attic during his inspection and came back with video and pictures, confirming my suspicions. Ted took care of the problems and concerns at our home. He also gave us great advice on how to be proactive for future concerns. We truly appreciate the quality service. Thank you again. I have used Ecologix for years. They are the only pest control company that I trust. We were in a rental home, and I had tried to get our maintenance company to use them, and unfortunately, they would not. This OTHER company came out to control our pest in the attic. They sealed all the holes, then laid poison for them to eat. With the holes sealed, these rodents had no place to go. They died in the crawl space, the smell was horrific. This OTHER company told me to light a candle. I called Ecologix immediately. The men that work there were very responsive! They helped get the pest out, gave me something to control the smell, and calmed my nerves with the fly surgance. Ecologix has the knowledge, experience and trustworthiness that I love. They will be the only pest control company that I will use or recommend. THANK YOU!

The guys at Ecologix Pest Elimination are absolutely top notch. My personal experience was with Ted and Joe Del Sardo. These two men are so knowledgeable on the pests that the deal with as well as the products they use to remedy the situations. I have had Ecologix as my pest control company for almost a year now and I live directly next to a nature preserve, which drives all sort of critters and bugs towards my home. After a couple of treatments from the professionals at Ecologix, I have seen a huge drop off in the amount of bugs that sneak into my home. I have been with Ecologix for several months with various pest control issues. This business is family run, and extremely professional to say the least, but with the personal touch they we are all looking for. They truly care about making their customers happy, and eliminating any pest control issues that you may have. Although part of my issues are due to rotting wood, and leaking pipes, they still are willing to come out and treat the problem areas between my bi-monthly appointments until I am able to fix some of those problem areas in my home.
