The women who came to clean the house did a wonderful job. They were all very sweet woman and we were very satisfied with the cleanings that they did. The frustration we had was with the people who ran the business. We have had them cleaning our house for about 6 months. About 2-3 month into it, they got us mixed up with another family and cancelled our services, never apologizing for doing so and made us feel like we did something wrong. Once the holidays came around and we tried to switch our schedule around due to company and being out of town, we were made to feel like we were Inconveniencing them and then they threatened to raise our rates. Considering we pay almost $50-$60 more a cleaning with them vs the majority of house cleaners in the area, we found that this was too much to be dealing with and stopped the service. The stars were for the women who actually came to the house - they did a wonderful job, so if you are just looking for a 1-2 time cleaning, they will be great for you!

Molly Maids is amazing! 5 Stars is not enough to show how fabulous their work is. First off their customer service is the best I ever received. I spoke to the rep and I described what I needed. She asked the best questions so I could determine exactly what I needed. I have a 4 bedroom and 3 bath house, and I needed some serious cleaning done for a family visit. From top to bottom they transformed my home. Molly Maid is worth every penny and will continue to use for all my cleaning needs!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Molly Maids. They come to clean my house every month and do an amazing job every time! We appreciate that they respect our decision not to use harsh chemicals in our house. We do not want to expose our youngsters and animals to smelly cleaning products. They are always courtesy, professional and we are positive anyone will have the best experience with them. Highly recommended!
