If I could rate less than 1 star I would. If you are looking to refinance your home and you have a solar panel loan DO NOT even bother asking MACU!!!!!!! They will tell you everything looks great, you will pay for an appraisal and spend weeks trying to get them information on the solar panels (that they should get on their own). and After all is said and done you will have wasted 5 WEEKS, paid for an appraisal and be told no. I would recommend you start with City Creek Mortgage. They have been more than helpful and have confirmed multiple times the solar panels will not infer with the loan. Bottom line MACU does not know how solar panel loans work.

Prestige Mind

Came in here to deposit 2 checks. I was told everything went thrkugh and given a reciept i then left in rush hour trach and about 10 minutes later get a call from the teller. Sge told me she forgot to verify the check holders account. I was told she took the mkney back out of my account with out my approval. She then tomd me to come pick up the checks. She could not give me aby information on what to do next. I am very upset and feel i dont trust my personal nor business account at this bank.

If I could rate them less than one star, I would. My sister banks with them and refinanced her car. But today she went to visit and no one would help her for a full hour. Once they called her up, they told her they could not assist help. They were the rudest people ever.
