I wanted to say how pleased I have been with Age Advantage Senior Care Services. We have used the service since Dec 8, 2015 when the service I had originally contracted to help with the care of my husband dropped us as clients without any notice. I had told the former company that I would be cancelling the contract in two weeks. They had been very unreliable and when I would call to see if anyone was scheduled the staff were very rude. I had contacted Mr. Medina with Age Advantage to start the service in two weeks but when I called to tell him what the company had done. He immediately started working on getting the aides in place. He has been wonderful to work with and every aide he has sent has done a very commendable job. I would highly recommend his company and it has helped relieve much of the stress of caring for my husband. I would give his company and him the top grade.

A mom of two beautiful talented kids. Currently involved in theater .to all parents seeking etiquet ,modeling,or fashion education, please look out for scammers.like understudies.us. By tracie stern. Yes she is a very talented and successful plus size model.yet rarely turns out prodigy at best. Keep your money in your pockets and run. hardly a class act. I requested Info on protocol and pricing dates etc. never received a straight answer. She uses her success to gain access to your hopes and dreams.

This bureau is a waste of tax payer money. I registered a complaint, they sent a letter to the company that I complained about and the company did not respond so BBB closed their file. Where do we get protection from businesses that ignore the law and do not treat customers fairly. The money spent on this agency should go to and agency that can force a company to act right and not ignore the law and actually help the public.

i went to my appt. with Dr. Johnson at wards corner and i have been to them in the past... the first thing was pay in advance....told them this never happened before....they say yes it did.... well why would i want to pay for something before i receive the service....they did not care....went to Walmart and did not have to pay 159.00 first............ this was for eye doctor...

Owning a Small Business in the Hampton Roads Area, we have thousands of Satisfied Customers. There are very few people out there that just cannot be satisfied no matter how good the service, and they have the opportunity to "file a complaint" easily. You should consider making it just as easy for Satisfied Customers to place a complimenting review.
