Took out a 90 day same as cash loan for a retail purchase with Military Credit Service. I paid the loan off within the 90 days. The next week I applied for new loan for another retail purchase through one of their approved retail partners and was denied. My credit is in better shape than it was 3 months ago when I took out the first loan. No specific reason given. Even the customer service rep stated "I think underwriting made a mistake". Basically, if you pay your first loan off in the same as cash grace period they will deny you a second loan knowing that you have the ability to pay off the second loan in similar fashion and that they will not make any $$$$ off of you. This is predatory lending at its finest. Stay away, save your money and pay cash for the merchandise.

I have called them several times, emailed them to work out my debt. Lost both my parents this year and was on disability from an injury at work. They would not talk to me, but they surely call/email/text and leave scrupulous amounts of BS. Biggest mistake being associated with this ...and to think my father gave his life in the "Military" I really question their actual affiliation with any DOD subsidiary. Stay away!

These people are ridiculous - I wanted to pay off my whole loan and was not able to get a hold of the manager to talk about the 90 same as cash- when I finally got through) only 10 days after my 90 days ended, she said she would not help me. Of course not....then for some reason my payout was more than they had told me it was just 3 days prior? Never again! This company is a HUGE ripoff.

Customer service is horrible. Overpriced with high interest rate.I was a loyal customer who paid my bill on time every month and when my payments were complete they did not send confirmation. Would not recommend this company. I would do a payday loan or PIONEER & OMNI. Dont get caught in this mess. Its a financial burden.

DONT GET A LOAN unless this is your last and only option! You will pay DOUBLE on what you borrow unless you pay before 90days. And 90days is from the minute you give them your information NOT the day you make payments. Very sneaky. I would get a money from a loan shark before using them again!

Their online account system rarely works. I have to call every month to get access to my online account even though my login never changes. I think they do it to keep folks from being able to pay on time.

The customer service is always hit or miss. One rep was fantastic and very helpful, the other one kept cutting me off and I am not sure the issue I called about is even resolved. Overall annoying.
