I have had my business account with Hiway for about 20 years now. They have been great to deal with, I am not burdened with excessive fees for having a business account, if I had my business account with anyone else I know i would be paying fees around $45 a month. Every time I call the credit union I am greeted by happy people who seem to be happy where they work. I also have to hand it to the loan department, recently I referred one of my customers there and he told me Judy in the loan department did and excellent job and was very prompt in getting all of his questions answered. I really appreciate the credit union and its service, I will be a customer for years to come. Thank you Hiway.

I called this credit union to ask if they would do a medallion stamp for us even if we are NOT members the lady who answered the phone said she asked a manager and they told her yes they will so she set us up for an appointment. Of course when we get to the appointment the person says NO we only do that for members. Well I wish people would get proper training and answer questions correctly that is why I called ahead of time and asked before I walked in there for this appointment which just wasted my time. Of course I am not going to open an account there because of the other reviews here seems like this place is unorganized.

My wife and I have been members of Hiway FCU for a long time. Over this time we have tried to shop around, but always seem to come back to Hiway. They are one of the few that consistently make banking an enjoyable experience. We always receive excellent and personal customer service and they have always been willing to go above and beyond when we ask them to. Contrary to the other reviewers, this is a great Credit Union.

Went to CU to cash a check and was informed that HiWAY CU charges 5% of the check to cash any checks. Of coarse that is unless you are a member. Why would anyone want to be a member of a company that has outrageous fees like that. I also noticed that most of the reviews are negative just like mine.. Makes you wonder how this place is still in business

in 40 plus years ago the CU was the best in service. Now that the CU has expanded funny things have happend. First I was unable to draw cash in person in amounts over 5,000. ( of my own funds ) Second they tried to charge on account for an over draft when I had available funds. Robert Engelhardt..

Cancled all accounts when they started charging me fees without notification. They are a credit union who thinks it will act worse than the big banks.

Absolutely terrible. Credit card opened up under incorrect APR, incorrect terms, have had to struggle to correct numerous mistakes. Go anywhere else.
