A Private User

Went today to open a checking and savings acount because they are just a few blocks from me. Parking lot was almost completely empty, I thought for a minute they were closed. Went inside and the lighting is better in some morturaries, very gloomy in there. The two ladies at the front desk needed an invitation to get off their ***. They were very cold and indifferent. When I asked for specifics about different accounts they were not very well educated on their products. I personally felt if I had been a lighter colour they would of treated me better. I walked out and went to Gulf Coast.

anytime........ANYTIME I JUST SIMPLY TRY AND CALL THE BANK JUST FOR SOME INFORMATION... NOONE EVER PICKS UP THE DAMN PHONE! EVER.... ITS LIKE SERIOUSLY I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE SEVERAL TIMES TO JUST PROVE A POINT THAT NOONE PICKS UP... I CALLED AND SET MY PHONE DOWN...... 1 HOUR LATER.... YOU CAN STILL HEAR THE AUTOMATED PERSON SAY..... "WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY, WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS".... NO YOU DONT!
