Horrible agency! Never use them!! Zero professionalism or courtesy to a customer who had been with them 15 years. THEY failed to include my insurance payment in the auto pay as agreed and as was done with my other cars which error resulted in my insurance being cancelled. I was NEVER notified by mail. I found out only because they called me 3 months AFTER it was cancelled to collect my payment. After they collected my payment over the phone, they called me again the following week asking for the same payment AGAIN. When I told them I had just paid it a week ago their response was "Oh sorry it was in the system but the rep who took your payment had not linked it to your account". I then found out that DMV had suspended my license because THEY had reported I had no insurance. They were incapable of telling me this over the phone when they called me to collect payment. They apologized profusely but did NOTHNG to fix the problem. I had to take an entire day off work to go to the DMV and pay $150 to reinstate my license. They refused to take responsibility for anything (not even the main office) and the only thing I asked for was a credit to my account for the $150 and they said NO. I never even received a call from Rick Sanchez. They are pathetic and I am moving all my cars to another company. Unfortunately I cannot rate them with a minus 5 or I certainly would have.

Rude People I am with Rick Sanchez for 25 years and the experience that I just had make me think that I have to go and shopping for another insurance company ,very rude customer service ,never happened before hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation ,,the knowledge about the service they provide is minimum ,it is all about how they can screw you up , not to give the service that you deserve
