Most Horrible Insurance. Extremely bad way to handle the claims. Never get this insurance. There claim is horrible in handling the claim. Extremely rude... tried calling their claim can never reach their claim department. they have extremely stupid reimbursement base system. this company should not be given license from State of California. I submitted a claim for rental car reimbursement. first they told me they will pay for base pay and taxes. but when they processed the check they only paid for base pay and left out the state tax for me to pay. Extremely horrible insurance company to deal with!! hopefully they get closed and nobody else have to deal with them!!

Higher Standards

Worst insurance company there is. Have to get the state insurance commissioner involved anytime I have to deal with these con-artists. They move a snails pace, the claims people seem to only work part time, like an uber driver or are retired elderly people who only work when they feel like it

this company keep raising the prices for no reason, and I have the exact same cars. and drivers. I use a couple of times and it was an ok response. 4 cars 4 drivers 530dlls a month this is crazy. I switch to AAA now is 380a month with cheaper deductible.
