Ross and I have been with Henry Rodriguez for less than a year but I have to brag on how wonderful this insurance agency has been. When we first became members of State Farm, I received no less than three calls to see if we were completely satisfied and if there was anything else they could do for us. We even received a phone call from Mr. Rodriguez himself, this tells us that customer care and satisfaction is a top priority. We had set up an automatic payment, so we had no thought that our payments were being made, but we recently discovered that when our bank card was updated, our coverage had lapsed due to non payment. One of their representatives, Montana, had sent us a text, asking if everything was ok, this was not an automatic text but a personal text, truly concerned with our family. The text made us aware of the issue and with one quick phone call to Montana, we were right on track. We cannot say enough how important customer care means to us, its worth every dollar we spend on insurance. We highly recommend Henry Rodriguez State Farm Insurance and his team for all your insurance needs.

Was kinda skeptical when a buddy of mine told me that they might be able to lower my insurance since I had been with mercury insurance for over 14 years.. but when mercury quoted me $1800 a month to add my fiance which is a new driver I decided to look around and my buddy to me to give Eddie a call at Henry Rodriguez state farm I was like ok here we go a waste of a call but to my surprise Eddie was great he quoted me less for both of us then mercury wanted just for my truck. I would highly recommend giving Eddie a call..
