Urbanski Insurance Agency are a super professional insurance agent. I am absolutely delighted and pleased with my past and current experience (Customer since 2010) and would highly recommend using this local agency to family and friends. They are quick, concise, and explained the policy at great length. They took the time needed to help me find the most affordable coverage without sacrificing having low deductibles etc. Any time I have concerns and I call them they are always very understanding and helpful. We have gotten our insurance from Stan since he took over in 1982. We normally deal with Zijada Rizvanovic when discussing one of our 5 policies. Zijada is always prompt when responding to emails or phone messages. Very good experience with her considering she helps to deal with the challenges that my children seem to add to the mix. I have recommended Stan to family and Friends.

Several calls from a Dan to get my information to provide a quote. Explained I had an existing agent but he was free to provide a quote if he wanted to me. Agree. Get call from owner days later saying "i can save you $550" Asked can you provide the quote, Said no and began to lecture me. Not a professional company and about as trustworthy as a used car salesmen.
