Be wary of these so called "good reviews"- I suspect that they are family & friends of employees or were somehow compensated for their five star reviews. The customer service is horrible, the employees are clueless (they fired the two older ladies who had worked there for YEARS and replaced them with younger, newer employees). State Farrm itself is iffy but this office is defiantly a no go.

john manser and his help did a great job to get me thru some tough things like the house next door caught on fire and help me get the help I needed to get my house back to normal also I am disable and cant work he made it easy for me to pay my bills so I just want to say that since he became my agent he is with me to help in any way he can thanks from Robert Markham

Very rude and horrible customer service,and phone etiquette..He answers the phone saying "State farm can u hold pls" click,music starts playing. What happened to waiting for a response from the caller. Maybe I would have said "no I will call back,or what if I just needed the address. Very rude and definetly turned me completely off.

Terrible customer service from Wendy. If you ever get her just hang up. Very uncooperative and purposely ignored my phone calls. Would never recommend State Farm to any one. Every month your bill goes up without any reasoning. Do not go here!!

Horrible experience. They took away my discount with notifying me before hand. Also they would not work with me and will not give me the money they owe me because I am no longer using their insurance. Never will go to state farm again
