I recently completed a title transfer here and had no issues. The woman at the front desk directed me to the receptionist (I entered through the secondary entrance). I was then politely directed to an open clerk whom was professional, yet personal. She processed the transfer quickly and walked us through the entire process. The layout of the office seemed a little odd (probably because I entered through the Ten Penn lobby), but it was clean and well lit. The payment clerk was busy on the phone but she politely processed my payment regardless. I would definitely come back here again if needed.

The staff is generally pretty friendly and efficient. But, if you need anything done where you have to bring your car in (e.g. registration / titling) it is a crazy hassle. They are only open during 9-5 business hours and require you to park on one side of Market between 18th-19th. This is one of the busiest streets in Philly during those hours, so you are stuck with hitting the parking lotto or the stressful experience of parking illegally for at least a few minutes. Not a good place to have to bring a car to.

Got PA tags and registration. I was in and out in 18 minutes. Chase was EXCELLENT! Great customer service. WILL NEVER GO TO DMV AGAIN! And unlike DMV they take CC/Debit. Go to AA for your vehicle needs.
