I broke down near by. The belt broke on my car had AAA tow me to here. I told the girl the belt broke she came back and wanted me to sign a paper to approve a $70 diag fee when I told her that I need the belt replaced so why would i approve a fee to diag something that doesnt need to be diagnosed when you can clearly open the hood and see oh the belt is missing to me thats not customer service. I worked as a dealership mechanic for many years and I am still a mechanic in the military today. 75% of major shops will not charge for diag of most common problems they take 10-15 mins to see whats going on with a car and let the customer know what the vehicle will need. The belt they are charging me for is $25 from advanced where the part came from even if it came from Napa and thats a customer walk in price in those stores and AAA probably gets the part 25% less then that and are charging me near $80 for the part the same part from the same store thats in my trunk.

Barry went above and beyond!! It was 20 minutes to closing and I came in asking for help with my tire that had s huge nail in it. I was heading home from work and live an hour outside the city so I was worried about getting a flat tire on the freeway. When Barry over heard this he asked me the size of my tire, checked their inventory and immediately took my car back to replace the tire! Unbelievable service!! I am so thankful !! Will definitely recommend!

Mechanic clearly took his sweet time & frequent breaks to play with his cell phone while I watched. I understand that cars are a not quick thing to fix, but this was ludicrous. I asked to be kept up to date on where things were at, yet I had to keep calling and asking in person to get any information on the status of my vehicle.

I have been here several times for inspection or small repair work on our car. Have had great service and the folks have been very pleasant. They even brought out brownies while we were waiting for the car! I feel far more comfortable here than I do with some of the little shops in Philly.

inexperienced tire installer, extremely rude manager with the glasses and beard. had to come back 3 times because they screwed up on my tires. never coming here ever again. if i could give them negative 10 stars i would.

The care here is fantastic. All the staff is great. All very kind and they know what they are doing. I never feel uncomfortable with the suggestions they make for my car.
