After shopping around for a new insurance agency, we were referred to McCollum. Not only were the rates more competitive, their customer service has been outstanding. Just two weeks ago we had a situation with payment between mortgage company and insurance company. Not only did our agent, Sean, follow up on this every other day, when it was rectified, he insisted they back out the late charges that were incurred. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the McCollum Insurance Agency and highly recommend them.
