Was very happy with my conversation with Vanessa- she took the time to go through all the options and the price/coverage. Her patience should be commended! We just signed up, and I read that Geico is an okay insurance agency (previously had State Farm and Erie, read that State Farm is now way worse and is more expensive. Erie is still good as insurance companies go, but they are much more expensive). Our insurance with Geico was 30% less than both State Farm and Erie, and over 50% less than Nationwide. It was definitely worth the switch. In any case, very happy with Vanessa in the service department!

Geico Insurance should be ashamed of their poor customer claim department very ignorant people to talk to. They tell you one thing and they turn their backs on you and do another. Cant wait to drop this people.
