Yesterday my car suddenly stopped working while I was in a turn lane. I immediatly called AAA and they sent someone ASAP since I was in a high-risk location. With my basic membership, towing to the new White Marsh AAA was free since it was less than 3 miles, so I went there for diagnostic work. The new location is beautiful, and something I think the area needed. I will definitely go there for oil changes and other repairs. The staff could not have been friendly or more eager to assist. My serviceman even called Honda to find out if my car is under warranty and offered to call roadside for me to get it towed to the Honda dealership. With service this great, you would be missing out if you did not go to this new convenient service station.

one bad apple spoils the bunch...and CHRIS GRAY is the bad apple..beautiful center and very nice CSR agents...but dont spoil ur 5 star experience and speak with him..he told me my battery was purchased in 2006 after his manager and the 800 agent both confirm it was purchased in April 2016..he has very bad customer service skills and is not a very good listerner...he does not ask the right questions or offer necessary information. his ineffectiveness as an agent caused me 3 trips to the whitemarsh center before i received the battery that was to be replaced because all AAA batteries come with a 3 yr warranty.

Have not used car care center part but purchased several airflights and theme park tickets here. Natalie has always been great here. Very pt. She is very knowledgeable and was able to get us cheaper car rentals in branson, nashville,& orlando. She also talked us into the AAA rewards VISA which saved us over $240 in purchases over time. Very clean place. Never have to wait more than a few mins to be served here.

Would have gotten 5 stars but I was annoyed by the wait even after jabbing n a appt and then tells me extra things I needed repaired and i only wanted an oil change. Also you have salesman walking up to you too brib you into AAA Insurance .
