Employees were friendly and helpful. No wait, no complaints. I stopped by to see if they had anything useful for my trip to Ireland. The $100 euro-packs (value based on the exchange rate the date AAA purchased them, the one I got was ~ 2 months old) they have on hand are easy and convenient, but if you want euros in values other than $100s worth, there is a 2 day wait after they place the order. They were also able to grab me a map of the UK & Ireland as well as a Europe guide book with a section on Ireland at no additional cost (as a AAA member).

I visited AAA at this location to load funds to the AMEX card. This was my first time visiting any AAA branch, the agent that helped me was very attentive. Although a line had formed he made sure he answered any questions I had & provided me with additional information that helped me make an informed decision. I am impress with the level of customer service because many places expect their agents to provide excellent customer service but as soon as a line forms agents are not allowed to take their time with each customer.

This is a review for this particular location, not the overall AAA service. The location is very convenient, despite not having a lot of street signage. If you walk into the ornate building, a receptionist will direct you downstairs to the spacious AAA office, very well staffed at all times. I was able to purchase discounted tickets to Canobie Lake Park right on the spot in about two minutes. Many other services were offered too.

I recently had my passport photos taken (free to Plus members) and the woman was very helpful and took a couple of shots for me to choose from. I was in and out in under 10 minutes time. I had a similar experience when renewing my license also and have recommended this location to folks in my office for these same services. Not a bad experience by any of them to date. This office is a hidden gem in the Financial District.

I went to this office to purchase an AMEX travel pre-paid card. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional in making sure they could answer all my questions correctly and in helping me as quickly as possible. Really just nice people who made you feel like you were taken care of. The only issue was that the help desk in the main part of the building was not helpful in finding their office.

My family was planning to visit PEI, Canada two weeks ago. We remembered our AAA membership and visited our local branch. Immediately on entering I was greeted warmly, provided with a map, and we traced out a likely route. A clean, bright, and cheerful office in a beautiful downtown building. I was proud to be a member.

I went for the RMV services at this location. It was outstanding. I went for my drivers license renewal, and the entire process from the time I walked in to when I was on my way may have taken 5-10 minutes. The service was not only fast, but pleasant and professional. It felt the absolute opposite of a RMV visit.

I called AAA recently after having an accident. The tow service was quite late :/ but AAA was polite and very responsive when I called to follow up on the tow truck. Judy at the local office was really wonderful and helped me tremendously by arranging a rental for me. Thanks AAA!

Got my licence renewed there the day before it expired. Walked in, took an eye exam, got my pic taken, changed my address. It couldnt have been simpler. The lady that helped me was excellent. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Never again to the DMV!!
