I have to say, I am very thankful that I have Progressive Insurance. I am trying to deal with Arbella now and they are not returning my calls or claiming liability. I am having a baby any day and I do not have a car or a car seat. The level of service I am receiving from this company is unacceptable. I, and my unborn child, should not be punished because someone chose to pull out into oncoming traffic without looking first.

arbella is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. i was the claimant (not at-fault) and they essentially stole over $500 from me. they made me pay even though it is not my fault! i am trying to take them to small claims court, but with the way the legal system is nowadays, who knows if i will win.

I had to deal with these people from the point of the claimant (not at fault party in an accident), they were slow inefficient and tried to rip me off, and I think I got the better half of their customer service, if it were me I would NEVER choose to insure so much as a fork with them.

If you want to burn your money go for this insurance, they do not update data never provide any clarification as to why they are charging this amount. I would definitely not recommend this insurance to anyone.
