I went into this branch with the intent to open a membership. The staff did not greet me, even though there was a receptionist who sat there looking at me. "Ed" did not shake my hand, did not introduce himself nor did he make any attempt to be nice to me. Perhaps my young age (20) caught him off guard. After giving him my parents membership information and my girlfriends, he told me that neither had a membership. His poor attitude and unwillingness to work and poor presentation of himself drove me out of this club. I was able to join my fathers membership over the phone in less than 2 minutes and the woman there was more than kind. Avoid if possible!

I visited Steve with questions re: a road trip with my husband and 16 lb little dog down to the Outer Banks recently and he was so kind and patient and most helpful with suggestions and places to stop to visit. He mapped out 3 different routes for us giving us all the AAA books needed and maps. AAA provides such a terrific service for road travelers and I urge AAA members to make use of it. We are very pleased. Thank you so much!

Easy in - easy out: I needed to renew my license as it was two days before it expired. I filled out all of the required paperwork online, printed it out and brought it to my AAA office to renew my license. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Sure beats my friend who the day before waited 2-1/2 hours at the Lowell Registry to renew hers. I would definately recommend AAA for this service.

I visited the AAA office in Newton to obtain a car loan and auto insurance. The rates quoted for the loan were much lower than those offered by the auto dealer and local banks. The auto insurance rates were also good. All of the staff members I worked with were professional, friendly and provided fast service. I will definitely continue to conduct business with this AAA office

What we got was superb, friendly, expert service! The Rep at AAA Newton was not only a pleasure to deal with; he defined the Gold Standard of good old-fashioned shopping experience.

Been to AAA twice in past few months for registry services. This time for a license renewal that needed a new photo. Much nicer experience than the DMV and really fast. People there are super friendly. I always look at AAA first to see if they have the DMV services I need. AAA has always been there for me. I would highly recommend this branch.

Traveled cross-country, with a Triptik put together courtesy of Jeff at AAA, who also provided great support when I called from the road. Both made for great guides that helped us get to the destination pretty smoothly. 4.5 (small detour in Triptik that turned out to be unnecessary, which we were able to shortcut).

I generally go to this AAA office for maps and guidebooks. The service is quick and knowledgeable. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes for service (if another member is being served before me). There is a friendly and courteous response from membership services employees if I have a question.

The staff was friendly and efficient! They had my passport photo ready sooner than promised plus an extra one for for free! No charge for the service with AAA PLUS. They offer a terrific range of services. If you travel you should stop and visit.

Needed travel information to Canada by car. Maps indicated motels along the way, but the motels are not listed in the accompanying books. Also, the fact that an insurance document is required in Canada was never mentioned!

Went in mid-afternoon to renew my license. In and out in about 10 minutes, which included the paperwork and eye test. Very efficient. Worth the membership cost just for not having to wait hours at a Registry office!
