I have been a customer of RSP for over two years. I learned about their company at the home and garden show at SIU Arena. We felt that they were professional and had a good reputation. So we decided to give them a call when our a/c compressor quit working the spring after we purchased our house. It was determined that our unit was shot and we needed a new one. They presented all of our options. Helped us every step of the way. This spring I had my house re-roofed. I discovered that the flue venting for the furnace was not originally installed as outlined in the scope of work that I was presented. I explained the situation and presented them with the original scope of work. They immediately scheduled an appointment to have my furnace flue re-installed, no questions asked. I had a good opinion of them before but the fact that they fixed the issue with my furnace flue no questions asked made me even more confident that RSP Heating and Cooling is the HVAC company of choice in Southern Illinois.

During a major home remodel last summer, working with RSP on the HVAC part of the project. Rowdy worked with me through every step of the decision process. We installed a WaterFurnace geothermal heat and air system. Then when the system struggled to keep up, Rowdy and his technicians found the problem was under-insulated attic spaces. Viola! RSP insulated that for us and we are now comforatable in all weather conditions! I recommend RSP for several reasons: Genuine professionalism from the top down - service after the sale of the system - and great camaraderie from my sales rep Rowdy Young. I wish RSP every success in their business, they are doing what it takes to earn it.

Well the morning started with 2 RSP installers arriving on the job after accessing the situation they called for backup. Before the day was done 6 RSP installers had joined forces to complete a VERY challenging install. They managed to get a 4 ton air handler in the attic over a very steep staircase. They ordered lumber and built a platform in order to complete the job. I was very impressed! Unit has been in less then 24 hours and you can already feel a difference in the air quality in the house. It is hard to stop a TRANE and even more hard to defeat a Determined RSP installer. These guys were all very polite and professional. Thanks to everyone involved. Chuck

I had RSP install spray foam insulation in my new 30x60 post frame pole barn. Their crew was very professional and conscientious. They answered my questions and went over the job before leaving to make sure I was satisfied. Spray foam is very messy to work with but they covered the floor, lights, outlets and other items that needed to be protected. They left the job site very clean. I obtained 3 bids and RSP was the only company who suggested I frame out the walls prior to having the spray foam insulation installed. That made their job more difficult but made the frame out easier for me. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Well let me just say this company made me feel like I was their only customer. Tabby was very prompt on getting back with me after my email. Dustin was prompt, very informative and efficient with his backpack office. Rowdy and Mickie prompt, quick and neat with their work. As if that is not enough Rowdy and Mickie went the extra mile and fixed my fence door which has bothered me for months. I got four estimates and RSP was the best offer. Plus in all areas of service they were on time! Like they say 7:30 they are there 7:29!

We cannot say enough great things about RSP and the work they did in our home and guest apartment. Rowdy and his team were so easy to work with. This may seem insignificant, but one thing that stood out to me was they always put shoe covers on when they entered our home. They showed me exactly what to do to change the filters in the house, how to program the system on our phones, and even took the time to set everything up. Jesse provided the semi-annual service and was extremely helpful and politely. Called before arriving and asked if he could arrive early and asked where he should park. Explained what he was doing to the system and what he found. Checked before using the Shop-Vac to make sure there were no young children sleeping in the house. Overall, not only did he keep the system in check, he was extremely considerate of our time and our property. Thank you!
