Sales person is great at his/her job. Installation does their best. Never hiring this company. They have no communication between sales and installation. Over TWO MONTHS waiting on on them to come back and fix, WATER DRIPPING BETWEEN HOUSE AND GUTTER. Taylor Construction is a joke. They act like they care. After THREE WEEKS waiting to get a fix. They said they did a company cleanse. Then after TWO WEEKS finally said they;d get a local person to fix. Avoid at all cost.

First of all I was very excited that the gutters were going up. I was surprised that it did not take as long as I thought it would. James was very particular and kept things clean as he worked. He presented me with a short survey upon completion and then finalized signing the papers. Overall, I felt that the company cared about how the customer feels and they made sure the property was left clean. Thank you for a good experience.

Mr. Rob Williams from Southern Windows came in our home and talked with us about the different types of insulation and did a presentation. From that point we were sold. The insulation was installed within a few weeks and I can already feel the difference it has made. Our home is much cooler and we have saved on our electric bill. Good company.. good product.
