I was not impressed with this company. The easiest process was calling to schedule an inspection - the receptionist/scheduler was polite and responsive, but that was the end of my positive experience. When Tony and Lee arrived for my inspection appointment, they did not even inspect the roof and associated damage. Instead, they only wanted to see the paperwork and monetary amount my insurance company was willing to give for the repairs. They declared they would do it for that price without any further action on their part - not surprising, considering my insurance company was generous. I was wary and called to talk to my insurance company about the way this was handled. They informed me that just asking to see the paperwork without a physical inspection was an irresponsible practice. When I called Tony to discuss concerns I had that were not addressed at the first meeting, none of my calls were ever returned. I went with a different company that has been much more honest in their approach to my home repairs.

I am rating this service at 5-star! I called Total Roofing because I saw one of their vehicles with the decals in Falcon. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and my roof was repaired Thursday morning. I have called many roofers and IF I get a call back I usually have to wait for an estimator, quote, scheduler...the process seems to take longer than necessary. Total was very reasonable in pricing and Tony was very polite and professional. I will use Total Roofing for all roofing needs going forward!

I recommended them to all my friends and if I ever need another roof this is the only company I will consider! We called for an inspection and Lee and another gentleman (sorry I cannot remember his name) showed up on time and were professional, quick and knowledgeable. They notice in one place ( a tile) had blown off and did a quick fix on that piece. Turns out our roof is good and they said so. I will definitely keep this company in mind if I ever need roof work.

Overall very pleased with my roof replacement, painting and cleanup. I was promised the job would be done for the amount of my insurance claim and when I got my final bill it was over that amount, but Nate Scheer was able to straighten it out very quickly. I would recommend Total Roofing to my friends and family.

Horrible experience and poor communication, they really hide behind their answering service and never respond to messages or emails. Its been 6 months now and the work in the quote is still not completed. I will soon have a complaint in with the BBB. Find a different roofer, this one is a joke.
