Over the last two almost three weeks these workers have been working hard but are a tad ignorant and disrespectful of our land. We live out near Falcon, where red flag warning and high winds are prevalent during this time of year. We recently got a snow and some moisture but this event occurred before that. Not only did we have to pick up the TRASH left behind by the men after they installed the a.c. units, but we had to work through 20 acres of our property because of it. We have horses and dogs that could have ingested the plastic left behind, perhaps causing them to become ill. Then, we found not one but two cigarettes left behind, one in the yard AND one in the house. The men had come in to work from the inside but took a break and literally poked through our living room with our antiques. To be fair, nothing was touched, but a cigarette in the house was disgusting. And with our fire possibility out on our acreage, we are less than impressed with the fact that these workers littered and left their cigarettes on our dry land. This was careless and unbelievable in our eyes. It could have caused a fire which is ridiculously serious in our area. If you must smoke on the job, please do so in your trucks and dispose of your trash correctly. I am sure the a.c. units will work fine, but the service and integrity of the workers was undesirable and disgusting. The fact that we had to pick up after them and even help them find something they left behind is unprofessional.

They were fantastic!! I called them by referral because the furnace went out where I work, at Hanson HotSpring Spas. I called, and spoke to Kristen. She was immediately able to schedule someone to come out the same day. It was a blizzard this particular day, so it was very cold. They gave me a 2 hour window in which the tech was to arrive, and he was actually 10 minutes early. He was troubleshooting for 30 to 45 minutes. He came down with the problem, and actually had all the parts he needed on his truck to fix it right then. Great service from top to bottom!!!I highly recommend them! The technicians name was Fred! He was awesome!

Chris fixed a furnace gas leak for me today and in the process discovered that two of my furnaces had been wired incorrectly by the installation contractor, the dip switch settings were not correct, and the gas pressure was regulated in the furnace too low. My furnaces produce full heat now for the first time ever. I am not that easy to please but in this case I must say the work was excellent, Chris knew what he was doing (not guessing) and the price was reasonable. They scheduled an appointment a couple of hours after I called. The guy showed up in the middle of the two hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace part I needed out in the car (no second trip needed). Everything was explained to me, as he went along and he even fixed a dryer duct, which was leaking lint onto the furnace. All costs were explained up front and I was able to easily redeem the google discount offer. Professional, courteous and quick. I would do business with again.

These folks are AWESOME! We have used them for 17 years. Three years ago our furnace died in the middle of winter. Home Heating got out here and installed a new furnace within 2 days. last week our water heater went out. HH was here and new water heater installed the same day. Kind and courteous repairmen and very excellent customer service in the office. They sent US a thank you goodie gift basket for gosh sakes! Thanks again guys!

The guys at Home Heating Service were great. Jared made time on a cold day to come over and give me a quote. He was honest and helpful. The installation crew was nice and courteous, making sure there were tarps down, as to not get my carpets dirty and were careful to not hit anything with the equipment. They took the time needed to get everything done right. Awesome work guys, the house has never been this warm this fast!

Home Heating is an excellent company! Durng the recent cold spell our furnace failed to come on. Other companies I called told me it would take at least a day before they could send someone out. Home Heating sent someone out immediately. Within an hour he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. My wife and I were impressed by both their customer service and professionalism. We had different technicians come out each time and they all were excellent. In addition, the owners were always available to address any questions and concerns. They sent the same tech out two separate times. Neither time was our a/c unit fixed. The second time the tech came he sat in his van for 15 minutes at the end of our scheduled time period. He only looked at the unit for 5 minutes then left. So I will never be doing business with this company again. Waste of time and money.
