My wife scheduled our HVAC to be cleaned by this company. When the service tech came on site he told us he would not be cleaning the coils because that was part of the Platinum service plan only. We were told on the phone we would get the cleaning and was not told nor did we agree to a Platinum Service plan. We told them we did not want their service because they mislead us and were not truthful when making the appointment. We were then told there would still be a $90.00 service charge, FOR NO WORK AT ALL. We told them we never agreed to this and will not pay it. After the tech left my wife called to speak with the manager Michelle, but she was suddenly not available and has not returned her call. Please be cautious with this company. Make sure all work and costs are agreed to up front. If you can get the work to be performed in writing do so. My opinion of them is to use a different company, or take a HVAC class to clean your system yourself. Minisplits are also affordable and DIY capable. For me, I will get a Window Air Conditioner before I use this company to repair or replace my current central HVAC

Excellent follow up on tweaking the system to meet my needs. Mr. Vaughn and his staff (David, Mark) brought in a Trane specialist from Charlotte to be sure all needed was addressed to get the most out of my system. David Bell returned today for one final change and, as always, does an excellent job, while explaining what I need to know. Lisa has been great at the office in communicating my questions and responding appropriately, all while being very supportive and professional. Thanks, to all! Much appreciation for all you do!

The cost of a total system installation for central heat and air was pricey. However, you get what you pay for. The installation was quick and the staff was courteous. Follow up visits and calls made us feel like our business was truly appreciated. I recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling maintenance or installation.
