I have had a Heating and Air Contract with Mitch Wright for several years, and scheduling has always been prompt until now. I usually get my call from the Company Secretary in late October, but I did not get a call until last Wednesday for my Fall Check up. When I made the appointment for Monday, December 19, 2016, I was initially told that I could not get a "window" on my scheduled time and that I would just have to be at home when they can come. She said the service-tech would be at my house "sometime during the day" on Monday. That statement ruined a "full day" before the day ever started. After I insisted on a window of service the lady finally said "After 12 noon". Monday is here and I finally got a call from the Secretary at 3:19 P.M. and was told that no crew could make my schedule and I would need to reschedule. Out of frustration of ruining a day that I really needed to prepare for the Holidays, I told her that I will not reschedule and will have to talk to them later. Before we hung up, I told her that it seems that Mitch Wright is undergoing a personnel problem, because this type of bad service was unheard of, at Mitch Wright, in the past.

I contacted Mitch Wright Plumbing based on the reviews I read online. I received a response on the next business day & they were able to make a service call the same day! Jeremy was both professional and knowledgeable about the repairs I was requesting. Unfortunately, the situation (at no fault of Jeremy or Mitch Wright Plumbing) called for much more work than anticipated, but Jeremy was able to resolve the issue at a cost that I felt was more than reasonable. They also provided a one-year guarantee on their work. I will certainly call Mitch Wright & Jeremy the next time I have a need for an honest plumber!

We had Jeremy C. come out to our house to service our leaking air conditioner, and he did a great job! He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the problem we were facing and proved it by going above and beyond our expectations. We were customers to another plumbing, heating, and air company in Memphis that could not take care of the problem and did not inform us of the real issue which needed to be fix. We then called Mitch Wright, and Jeremy came over and found the problem right away! We were highly impressed, and will continue to use their services for any additional problems in the future!

Each time I contacted Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, & Air. They came the same day of each issue. Both the plumbers and air conditioning technicians were very helpful. They were all professional and kind. They worked fast and did an amazing job to get my house back in order. The pricing was very reasonable! Totally dishonest and price gouging business!!! My water heater needed a gas valve control replacement. They quoted me over $600 to perform the repair but tried to talk me into a new unit installation for over $1600. I knew it was totally ridiculous an 2-3 times what the price should be. I even told the repair guy that it was still under warranty. So I called the manufacturer, paid $30 for overnight shipping and got the parts for free. It will take 30 minutes to install the replacement parts and they were outright dishonest and tried to rape me on the price!!!!

I called and asked them to run a snake down my vent pipe on my roof in my rental house they said it would be $99. Service guy calls and says they charge an extra $200 to go on the roof. I ask him to go through the toilet in the master bedroom. He said he had to pull the toilet and then said which is another fee. I called back and canceled the order they said that they would not charge me because they forgot to tell their employee it was on the roof. Now I have wasted all morning and don’t have my drain free. I will not waste my time with This place again.

Exceptional service. Fast response time and and were out to my home within a couple of hours when my central air quit. Due to it being 20 plus years old I needed to replace it. Pierce went over all my options and explained everything in detail. They had the old unit pulled out the same day and the new unit put in the very next morning. I was even left with a portable ac unit so that I would be comfortable during the process. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Charlie, my service tech, was great. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He gave me options and together came up with a plan that was cost effective and functional. He contacted Ben, the comfort advisor, who promptly showed up that afternoon. Having your A/C units worked on is not cheap. Charlie being a conscientious tech. I knew I got what I paid for and was very satisfied with his service. I hope the rest of the process goes as smooth as day 1.

Ronnie came out to help us on Christmas Day at no extra holiday charge. He patched us up and then helped us get the large repairs we needed scheduled the following week. Pierce took the lead on the larger repairs and kept in close contact with us through every step of the project. He explored options with us and was sensitive to our concerns about our historic home. Both Ronnie and Pierce were extremely professional.

The service technician, Marlon, was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem that I was having with my A/C unit, and was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner. Paid 1,500.00 for new water heater, which they put in with automatic shut-off valve. Two weeks later shut-off valve explodes, water damage every where. The are claiming it was a faulty valve to escape my home insurance, but they are not out of the woods yet. They took absolutely no responsibility that we could tell. BEWARE
