We recently closed on a Kolter home. John Craig was our mortgage officer. He was very competent and kept in constant contact with us via phone and email. He also partially filled out forms where he could. The only thing I would have liked was for the builder to have been more willing to send information to another lender so we could have compared rates. But that had nothing to do with John. I would give John five stars.
