I was beyond impressed with Clearwater Mortgage! The professional yet personal experience with them was amazing. They completely removed the anxiety and stress from the entire process of home buying. Our last experience was not easy. This was very different. We sent the docunents requested once. They were handled and processed properly with only one additional request from the lender. Gilma, Scott and Amy are a fantastic team! We were informed and updated on every step throughout the process. The couple of times I did have a question they were always available with answers and happy to help. They even found us a better loan with bonus points and still no delays! I kept waiting for the bomb to drop and things to get ugly but it never did! We in fact ended up closing sooner than our intitial date! Thank you Clearwater Mortgage team!! 10 stars!!!

I was referred to Clearwater Mortgage by several of my friends. I choose to use them after using another mortgage brokers who was (after 45 days) unable to get my loan processes. I would recommend Clearwater Morgage to everyone!!!! They are an amazing group of people who truly CARE! With their exceedingly high level of professionalism, they were able to get our loan through fast. They also worked us into their busy schedule as we were on a very short timeline.
