If you are looking for honorable sales people that stick to their word when deals are made on automobiles then do not count on Ray Skillman Mazda. I completed a deal with them on a car over the phone, put down a deposit on the car, started the finance process and all but paid for my car when I noticed about $1800 extra in the total price of the car. They quoted me a price "out the door" but that was not consistant with the final price I was supposed to pay. When I caught them on it and told them they had gone back on their deal and if this was the case I would not be purchasing a car from them they offered no assistance, no explaination, and nothing more than a "sorry you wasted your day and your time working on this but there is nothing we can do." I informed them I would be reviewing them online and contacting mazda and they became angry at me stating there was no reason for me to do this because of a little "misunderstanding." While they had the car I wanted they had poor communication and less than desirable business interaction. Tonya, the internet sales manager who dealt with me was very nice but had poor communication skills and Mike, in sales, was less than helpful, angry, yelled at me, and treated me with little respect or empathy. Tim in the business office was also helpful to me. If my family had run their business with such sloppiness and disrespect to the deals they made they would have lost clients by the truckload. I would recommend avoiding this car dealership and saving your time, money, and effort for somebody that truly deserves your business.

This review is only targeted towards the service/parts department as I have dealt with them only and didn’t have the chance to deal with the sales department. I first visited this Mazda service department in 2010 and dealt with the amazing James Stephens, he always took care of all my concerns regarding my Mazda 6, the car came out amazing, he explained in detail regarding my repairs and answered thoroughly all my questions. Very polite and pleasant person. I sold my Mazda 6 many years ago, so I didn’t need to visit the service department again, until I recently bought another Mazda 6. I went there asking about the car’s transmission service and the underbody guard that goes under the engine. I met Jeff Hodge and despite that I didn’t bring the car, I asked him about the underbody guard and the transmission, lo and behold, he was super helpful in answering all my questions, he took me to the parts department to search for the plastic underbody guard, he explained in detailed the flushing process of the transmission, answered all my questions and concerned. The service department has the utmost customer service for many years and the best prices too. I highly recommend them and I will continue to visit them for my car’s needs despite that I live all the way in Noblesville.

Me and my fiance went Monday 01/26/2015 and spoke with Kyle Lester and HE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING. He bent over backwards helping us trying to find the right fit for our lifestyle and what the best option was to take for a vehicle. We also had a wonderful experience with the finance manager named Chris Muhney who was just as gracious and kind to help us get through the loan process with us. These two stayed after hours to get us into a car, a great percentage rate, and a great deal. I recommend Kyle Lester for all of your auto needs when it comes to buying/leasing. As soon as my fiances lease is up, he is grabbing another Mazda. This has been one of the best experiences when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Ray Skillman West and Kyle Lester as a salesman, you wont be disappointed.

I worked with Sales Consultant, Barry Morris, for several months to find the right vehicle (2015 Mazda 6 at the right price. He was very patient and helpful during the entire process. After purchasing the vehicle, I requested a second remote engine start to abide by the Driver Care program I paid for and the Sales Manager and Justin immediately went to work to provide me with that second remote start. I had interactions with Barry, David, Justin, Yanni, Kyle, and the Finance Manager and all of them were extremely helpful. I highly recommend working with Ray Skillman Mazda West if you are interested in a great buying experience and great car.

My experience at Ray Skillman Pike Plaza in Indianapolis was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly helpful and put me at ease about purchasing a vehicle. If you go there ask for Barry Morris he was an exceptional sales person who is friendly, helpful and was determined to get me in the car I wanted. The thing I liked best was there was no "pressure" put on me to buy instead they gave me informative answers to my car questions. All my future car purchases will be from Ray Skillman and more specific sales person Barry Morris.

We recently traded in our vehicle on a new CX-5. The dealer understood we had done a lot of shopping around and test driving. They were patient and accommodating. The evening we decided to buy, the staff stayed late to get the deal done and make sure we went home in the new vehicle. I was having ongoing issues trying to purchase a car, however, Harrison Brown made the process ten times better for me than I have had these past couple of weeks. They may not have four squares on a sheet of paper, but they definitely use the "four square" method of selling cars. I was turned off when they kept asking what it would take for me to "drive the car today" and when they had me initial next to the terms that I wanted. Expect the classic pressure tactics here folks.
