This office is the perfect example of a team working together. I recently moved from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Cleveland, Ohio. I had State Farm insurance in South Florida and I had to find a local branch here in Ohio. The staff here made it a very smooth transition. I unfortunately ran into an issue with the Florida DMV and my second vehicle that remains in South Florida until I can pick it up. The staff was more than helpful in assisting me with a potential nightmare. They worked awesome as a team. I received great customer service from everyone starting with Mike, then Jeff and last but not least, Chelsey. She went above and beyond to help me out. They are an awesome team.
