I have been a customer of Brian’s now for just over three years and have nothing but great things to say about Brian and his Team. I have had the pleasure of working with them on several occasions and every time I get top notch service. In the day and age of phone tree, after phone tree it is great to be able to talk to a live person and get personalized service, not just talk to the next rep to answer the phone, which is what you get with the dot com insurance providers. With Brian Stevens I’m more than just a policy number. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional each and every time I work with them, and for that I wanted to thank Brian Stevens and His TEAM.

I had the fortune of speaking with Ken Sharp about my insurance policies. Not only was Ken extremely knowledgeable about all facets of each type of policy but he was extremely personable as well. Brian Stevens and his staff are incredible!!! I was not happy with my previous car insurance policy and I did some online research and found Brian Stevens with State Farm. Brian and his staff were so patient with me and explained everything about my policy. They are saving me so much money! My other car insurance was a totally joke and rip off! Aside from the money, the best part is that I can call his office and talk to a real person no recordings, no "push 1" real people! I feel very secure about my insurance coverage and will use Brian when planning for my home owners insurance!

Before working with Brian, we interveiwed another insurance agent who filled us with gloom and doom and need to leave a legacy, all intended to sell us as much insurance as he could squeeze out of our family budget. After speaking with Brian, he gave very sensible suggestions that provide the security we were looking for without crippling our budget.
