Tom has been my agent for a number of years. To say "beyond the call of duty" is the norm for Tom and his agency. We had a plumbing mess in our basement the night before leaving on vacation and the day before potential buyers of our house were visiting. Tom was there all night with the clean up crew getting everything done. Good vacation.....and sold the house! This is the norm for Tom and his team. You hope to never need your insurance, but when you do, you want someone like Tom there to help you through the process. His attention to detail and making sure everything gets handled in a timely, efficient, and professional manner is why you want him on your team. After spending 15 years with an agent from another company who did nothing for us and did not review our account on a regular basis, we received a couple personal referrals to Tom from friends.
