UPDATE - Mike has taken care of cancelling everything and refunding our money. He was indeed very helpful. So I am changing the review to 3 stars from 1 star as I believe they have had a chance in management and perhaps other clients may have better luck. ORIGINAL Review - Terrible! When Sheri worked there she was awesome, Ray - is totally "unhelpful, unreachable" to put in nicely, unless you are buying from him (then he is your best friend). They will not call back, do not pick up the phone during business hours, will not reply to emails, my car insurance went up over $120 a month just because we moved. They said nothing can be done. A friend suggested I shop around, Geico saved me $200 a month on both policies (we have three vehicles insured). Now 3 weeks after we have switched they still have not cancelled my coverage - just a mess! Go with a big insurance company, directly, no agent, no middle man. I am all about supporting small business, local, but in this case big company like Geico = accountability.

Have been a customer with old heritage for a few years now. I have always dealt with Jennifer and she always goes above and beyond to get me the best rates possible. My vehicle was recently vandalized and the insurance underwriter was giving me a hard time to authorize the repairs on my vehicle. I contacted my agent (old heritage) and Jennifer was not in so i spoke with Mike and he went above and beyond to deal with the underwriter for me and confirm all the information they needed from my policy. All in all great insurance agent and always a pleasant experience dealing with their employees.
