April 2010, Eddie and his team helped me get a mortgage that was within budget as a first time homeowner. I was pre-qualified which allowed me to search for a home knowing ahead of time; the money was there. Not only was he my mortgage broker, he was like a therapist during the process. When I got discouraged him and his team was ready with encouragement since they are the pros and know the home buying process can get exhausting. In the end, I found my dream home. Have yet to put the in-ground pool in the beautiful backyard, but the fur-babies enjoy it!

Elizabeth took the time to explain the process to me in detail and helped guide me to the correct loan for my situation. Also, I purchased a short sale which added an additional level of complexity. But she handled it with ease, even when we had to close the loan in 21 days instead of 30.
