Zach did an AMAZING job on our recent home loan. With average credit scores and minimal cash on hand available, I needed a creative lender who had the experience to think outside of the box. After speaking with several other lenders I found I needed a lender who would ask how we could close the loan, not if we could close the loan. After reading Zach’s online reviews, I decided he sounded like a good fit. After speaking with him, I KNEW he was a great fit for my situation. He quickly got me approved so I would have a preapproval letter on hand when making an offer on my home. Zach and his team spent countless hours throughout the loan process answering all my questions (even ones I asked multiple times) and coordinating all my real estate needs, from realtor to insurance. They did all the leg work. All I had to do was show-up for closing! I look forward to using Zach and his team for my future lending needs.
