First and Foremost we like to thank GOD for preparing us for our new home. We had our home buyer workshop on 3/5/2016 and closing today 7/29/2016. Our experience was great, we got in all the information that was requested and it went smoothly. We would definitely go thru the program again. We would recommend this program to anyone that is serious about being a homeowner and willing to do the work. Our MC OJ is the greatest, we got it in and he got it done. Because of the NACA program I became a first time Home owner 9/20/17 . I had a Great Counselor (OJ Linney) who was always quick to respond to any questions I needed answered. Liz Martinez a very polite Individual ,will stop at nothing to see u have the right information you need to get you though the program in a timely manner.The whole staff are wonderful people. I can’t forget about Marian Steed my realtor would is very good at what he do.

The program is Phenomenal! My mortgage counselor (OJ) was epic. He’s direct, expedient and literally walks you through the process. Liz is also amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and willing to help. The NACA program works! My interest rate is dynamic and mortgage is a third of my rent payment. Not only do you become a homeowner, but you learn budgeting and spending discipline too. I recommend everyone give it a try.

My experience with Naca was awesome. The staff was very helpful. My counselor OJ Linney kept me informed and showed me all of the steps I needed to become Naca qualified. The process was easy because I followed all of the steps to become qualified. I was able to close on a new constructed house with a 1.6% interest rate. I would recommend Naca to anyone interested in the homebuying process.
