Thanks to the persistent diligence of Rick Airey at First Financial Mortgage, I just purchased my very first home!!! When Rick was contacted by my realtor at 5pm on a Sunday evening to process an expedited pre-approval so that I could put an offer in on a home, he jumped right in and got it done super quick. He called me himself and explained everything and was able to walk me through the entire application process. The lending process, because of my job, was a little stressful, a couple bumps in the road, but Rick was extremely helpful in addressing concerns that popped up and putting my anxieties at ease. I bought this house all by myself, so it was just me fielding all of the questions and concerns, and I had plenty of questions and concerns myself! Rick was super awesome, he addressed/answered my questions/concerns promptly and called me several times to talk me through things during the lending application process. He was perfect for my Type A personality! If I had to do it all over again I would choose Rick again and again. He is superb. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much, Rick for being such a rock star! You made the process of buying my first home a lot easier for me :)
