It’s unfortunate that most all mortgage companies still use the same impersonal cookie cutter approach of simply ‘checking boxes’ to evaluate the credentials of potential borrowers. Throughout the application process for these mortgage companies, you’re treated like a number rather than a unique person with potentially unique circumstances. The good news is, there’s an alternative. Brian’s approach is to listen first and then utilize his vast knowledge of mortgage program options to identify the best option for you. In my experience with Brian, he suggested a mortgage program for me that I wasn’t aware even existed. And I also came to realize that the other large mortgage companies either also didn’t know that the program existed or if they did know, they weren’t willing to do the additional work required for that specific program. The bottom line is, regardless of whether or not your circumstances require a unique mortgage program, Brian is the best at what he does. His knowledge of the mortgage process and all of the available mortgage programs combined with his personal approach to each client are unparalleled in the mortgage industry.

Brian is incredibly responsive, and very experienced and knowledgeable. I have used him on several of my own mortgage transactions, and have referred countless friends to him. He always does the right thing for my referrals, and for me. He is also very accessible. He is the only person I refer for anything! I am typically not comfortable making referrals for fear of letting a friend down if a referral does not perform well, but I know Brian will always deliver. He has delivered for countless friends at all price points, and has saved deals for me and my friends at the last minute with creative ways to resolve seller/buyer issues (e.g., putting some money in escrow for repairs not completed by the seller before settlement). I should also add that Brian takes a very complicated (and scary) process and makes it really easy to understand. He will spend as much time with you as you need on answering your questions and helping you understand the process, your expected payments, what to expect next, etc. I simply cannot recommend Brian enough!

Brian helped us through what would have been a terrible time without him there to guide us. We bought our house sight unseen and we were unable to travel to Virginia to do the paperwork. Brian got everything figured out for us. His products are all easy to follow and very informative.
