My wife and I were buying our first home and we searched out the reviews of multiple loan companies/banks in the Asheville area, and Fairway Mortgage kept coming up with great reviews. So we went with them, and we are so glad we did! They were able to work with us on our income situation and led us into a great FHA loan at 3.5% APR! The whole team works with you on all the needed documents, and has great communication throughout the process. There was a little discrepancy on our Closing, but Marcos took it as his personal mission to get down to the bottom of it and FIX it right away (I think Marcos was more upset about it than us, LOL!) The whole team at Fairway seems to truly care about you and helps get you get the best loan possible. David and the whole team are very professional and personable at the same time, holding our hands throughout the whole process.
