Received the best support from Russell and his entire support staff throughout this process of purchasing a home. Although it was not our first home, he made us feel more than special throughout the entire process and what is more is that we were moving three hours away and into another state. Let me say the efficiency and ease from our initial conversation, we knew this was going to be an awesome working relationship. Did I mention that we had one toddler and had a baby on the way... to having a new born during this process. The professionalism was above reproach and without parallel. The speed and accuracy in which he dealt with our case.... I wish I could work with this team again, to purchase our next home or even for anything.
