We had a Wonderful experience with the Deanes Group! Buying a house is always an exciting and stressful time. The Deanes group made this process so easy and put our minds at ease. We were kept informed the whole time of where our loan was in the process. I honestly could not believe how smooth the whole process was. From our pre-approval letter to the closing table everything was done in a timely and informative manner. I cannot say enough good things about the Deanes group. I tell everyone that I talk to how good and easy the whole process was.

Phenomenal service, with only 28 days from start to closing on a HARP refinance! Outstanding job by Phillip, who oversaw the process, as well as the loan processor proper. Everything was handled in an expeditious manner, and saved me 0.8% from what Quicken Loans was trying to sell me. Closing was also easy, even though I live up in DC - Gateway got a notary to come to my apartment and sign all the refinance documents. Do yourself a favor. Use Gateway for your refi.
