My husband and i recently switched our Auto policy to Geico. I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the customer service we received from Nancy Gomez-Rojo. She spent so much time with us answering all our questions, gathering information, sending me emails with info I requested, getting everything lined up so when I called in and she was out Robert was able to help us finish things quickly. Robert was great to work with also. It showed me that Geico works as a team and values the customer. I appreciate that flawless streamlined sharing of information to get the job done for the customer. Customer service is very important to us. lol no thanks $452 for 6 months vs progressive $365 for 6 months! or $80 a month vs $62 a month! Geico you fail I would never pay that much just to be able to drive a old old car legally lol
