Tasha was very pleasant, professional & very knowledgable about all the services. She also kept me updated via email, & was very mindful of how it can be stressful time when your family is uninsured, due to computer glitches......I had originally met directly with Larimer Health Connect, because my son qualified for CHP+ but there was a computer glitch on Connect for Health with my salary & the rep there referred me to Sage...with all the complex issues, along with the computer glitches, Tasha was able to figure everything out! She definitely knows the content of the Health plans well, yet she also understands & knows how to communicate with and/or reach out to the Medicaid/CHP+ side too! She was also gr8 at researching & problem solving, and could truly be a detective! If any of my friends need help with health insurance next year, I will definitely be referring them to Tasha! Thank you again Tasha, for all your time, expertise & consideration!
