This place must be hiring from the DMV. Terrible customer service, and the employees move as slowly as possible. Im sitting here watching three open tellers all chatting amongst themselves, meanwhile there is a bench full of unattended customers waiting. Horrible work ethic and attitudes, we all have jobs a little hustle would be appreciated.

Outstanding service and value. Saved a bundle on car, renters and earthquake policies. Surprised to wait in a slow line (20 minutes) for getting vehicle tags, but still better than going to the DMV.
