When finding an lender for the loan you need to shop around to find the good rates. As a good consumer you need to shop around. I would say let them earn your business and trust. When your shopping around for rates include “Academy Mortgage” and talk to “Erik Miller”. Chances are you will get an better rates and will save few thousand dollars, believe me when buying a home every penny counts. For me Erik was able to save $2000 on hard savings, and was able to do the load to the $20 rage. The final numbers comes in you have nothing to worry about. I know “Erik” from a previous loan I did with another company, only the company has changed but not “Erik” same great service and all the support you need. When finalising a loan you need someone like Erik on your side that will help you. People matters not company. company will only enable the people like Erik Miller to work, but in the END it is up to the people of the company to use the resources wisely.

Rob Doerr Real Estate Professional was extremely helpful with the process of the purchase of my new home. From the start he assisted with all of the necessary information needed to purchase our home using a VA Home Loan. Once approved he quickly provided a pre-qualification letter to the builder so that my wife and I could start the purchase process when we were ready. Rob maintain communication with us throughout the entire process to ensure that everything went smoothly. Even when I presented him with a possible problem between the builder and the Academy Mortgage he quickly resolved my concern. I was most impressed with him during closing when there were discrepancies, he quickly provided the necessary documents to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied. I am all about customer service. Each time I contacted Cameron or Sean (no longer employed by Academy) they were both extremely fast to respond. The entire process was pretty smooth. My only suggestion would be to not involve so many people in the process because my paperwork kept getting misplaced and I had to resubmit multiple documents twice. I am super pleased with my experience and I would use Academy again!

The team even went out of their way when I requested to close a week earlier than originally asked. This group gets things done.
