I iniatially spoke to the attorney about my case, and after that I did not have any other direct communication with her. However, I do understand she is very busy and her Paralegal was able to answer all my questions when I called the office. Staff has been very professional each time I called, however when I called a few times my Paralegal was not there and I had to wait for her to return, instead of having someone else answer my immediate questions. Overall though my experience was good. I would use her sevice again if needed. Thank you Katherine Niven and Lucinda!
